Terria Melnick
Owner
For Terria Melnick, daycare is a calling rather than only a career. Having years of practical expertise in early childhood education and daycare operations, she has devoted her life to designing cozy, interesting environments where children feel respected, safe, and motivated to learn.
About Me :  
From 2015 to 2019, Terria, the owner and operator of Always Learning Center, treated every child like family and gave preteers high-quality care for newborns.
 
She created a vibrant learning environment beyond just running a daycare, juggling controlled instruction with the opportunity to explore and develop. She carefully and committedly managed every element, from hiring and payroll to state compliance and building close ties with parents.
 
Beyond documentation, Terria's enthusiasm drives staff members to maintain her high standards of care, create lesson ideas that pique curiosity, and organize summer field trips transforming learning into adventure. She still shapes young minds even after divorcing ownership; she volunteers at Smart Aleck's Learning Center to keep close to the work she loves.
 
Early childhood education is the basis for Terria's future, not only a phase in a child's life. She also feels privileged for the opportunity to stay connected to the development of children.
Dr. Jasmine Carroll
Owner
Dr. Jasmine Carroll is working to make learning fascinating, practical, and very meaningful for young children. Having a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and a natural aptitude for creativity, she has worked her career creating exciting learning opportunities that spark inquiry and critical thought.
About Me :  
Leading early childhood education as the founder of STEAM Innovation, Dr. Carroll creates interesting lesson plans and STEAM kits bringing science, technology, engineering, arts, and math to life. She writes curriculum, but she also transforms classrooms and guides teachers in including STEAM learning in ways that enthrall young brains. She influences things outside of the classroom, too. Working directly with schools and childcare facilities, Dr. Carroll is a leader, mentor, and advocate for high-quality education; she creates hands-on learning environments where children experiment, explore, and invent rather than merely memorize information.
 
Her relentless commitment to mold the next generation of thinkers, artists, and problem-solvers makes her a motivating factor in both school and childcare.
