Terria Melnick
Co-Founder
For Ms. Terria, working with children is more than a career—it is a calling.
About:  
With more than 20 years in early childhood education, she finds joy in watching each child discover their strengths and become a confident, caring individual. She also brings
over 30 years of management and employee-development experience. She believes that supporting and mentoring educators is essential to building a thriving environment where children feel loved, supported, and empowered to grow.
Dr. Jasmine Carroll
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Carroll is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Agape School. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences.
About:  
Her experience spans education, business leadership, behavioral support, and child and family development. As a wife and mother of four, she understands the importance of a school where families feel confident their children are known, loved, supported, and celebrated. She is passionate about meaningful relationships and nurturing children’s confidence, curiosity, independence, and lifelong love of learning.‍
Ms Kallie
Infant Teacher
Ms. Kallie has worked in childcare since 2020 and is passionate about nurturing young children.
About:  
She loves creating a warm, engaging environment where babies can
explore, discover, and reach new milestones. Through sensory play, music, reading, arts and crafts, and learning through play, she helps our littlest learners feel safe, loved, and celebrated. She especially values seeing each child’s personality develop and building meaningful relationships with their families.
Miss Ty
Infant Teacher
Miss Ty is a Pennsylvania native, a proud mother of two, and an aunt of twelve.
About:  
She is excited to bring her lifelong love of children to her professional childcare journey. She looks forward to building relationships with Agape families and creating a warm, joyful space where babies can grow and reach milestones. A December baby herself, she loves fall walks, shopping, writing, and Law & Order: SVU. You will rarely find her without coffee or music.
Ms. Tasha Rhodes
Young Toddler Lead Teacher
Ms. Tasha brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including many years as a lead teacher.
About:  
She supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic growth and is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing classroom. Building strong relationships with families is important to her, and she takes pride in helping each child feel safe, supported, and loved while learning and growing at their own pace.
Ms. Yazz
Young Toddler Teacher
Hello! My name is Yasmalinda Luna Flores, but everyone calls me Yazz.
About:  
Teaching has
been a dream of mine since I was little, and I’m excited to learn and grow as an educator. I love introducing Spanish to our little learners and sharing the language
with them. Outside school, I enjoy thrifting, collecting VHS tapes, DVDs, CDs, and cassette tapes, and crafting and decorating. I especially love creating a fun, welcoming classroom.
Ms. Gina
Older Toddler Teacher
Ms. Gina is a dedicated early childhood educator and proud mother to her son, Nicholas.
About:  
Her experiences as a mother and teacher have deepened her interest in child development and psychology and the importance of patience and understanding. She strives to be more than a teacher: an advocate, problem solver, encourager, and trusted support for children and families. She felt connected to Agape from her first visit and is grateful to create nurturing, engaging experiences where every child feels valued and understood.
Ms. Erin
Older Toddler Teacher
Ms. Erin has experience teaching older toddlers and Pre-K.
About:  
She believes children
learn through exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences and enjoys incorporating STEM, sign language, and sensory activities into her classroom. Her goal is to meet each child where they are and help them feel safe, loved, and excited
to learn. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, shopping, Starbucks, and science. She has traveled to six countries and loves spending time with her boyfriend, Ivan, and
their cat, Ziggy.
Ms Jordyn
Preschool Teacher
Ms. Jordyn is a caring, creative, and patient teacher with six years of experience: two in public schools as a substitute teacher and teacher’s assistant, and four in childcare.

She especially enjoys supporting children’s behavior and helping each child feel understood and successful. She loves hands-on activities and teamwork, and she values strong relationships with families. Her goal is a safe, positive classroom built
on trust, communication, and creativity.
Ms. Atia
Pre-K Teacher
Miss Tia has been part of The Agape School family since opening day.
About:  
She loves teaching children new things, watching their progress, and being greeted by their smiles each day. A 2020 graduate of Phoenixville High School, she enjoys shopping and is a proud mom to her son, Kayden. Being both a parent and an educator helps shape the care and encouragement she brings to her students.
Mr. Quadir
Early Childhood Educator
Mr. Q has been with Agape since opening day, August 18, 2025, and brings five years of Pre-K teaching experience.
About:  
He looks forward to teaching his students, making goofy videos, and even letting the kids dress him up. Watching his students’ progress is his favorite part of being a teacher. He is from Norristown and graduated high school in 2020. Outside of school, he enjoys car events, gaming, and spending time with his fiancée and their son, Kayden.
Ms. Trish
Classroom Floater
Ms. Trish believes learning should always be fun.
About:  
Whether children are making art,
dancing, exploring, or being silly together, she wants every child to feel safe, loved, confident, and excited for school. She loves colorful, crafty, creative activities, caffeine, and a good dance party. Her favorite teaching moments are the little “I DID IT!” celebrations when children discover just how capable they are. She is excited to make happy memories with Agape’s little learners.
Ms. Melissa
Chef & Creative Specialist
Ms. Melissa joined the Agape family in January 2026.
About:  
Before working in childcare, she attended culinary school and earned a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. After welcoming her first daughter in 2020, she began working with children and discovered a new passion. At Agape, she gets to combine culinary arts and creativity—from preparing delicious meals to encouraging little learners to explore their creative sides. She loves being part of their everyday experiences and making special memories together.
